Once you apply online for a flight attendant position you will receive an email encouraging you to attend a group interview near you. The group interview was very interesting you get a little briefing about the company and then you get to give a speech in front of the group. After all in the room have spoken they then have you take a 30-45 minute break and will post names on the door for who they’d like a face to face interview with and all others not listed will go home. I was very fortunate to get a face to face interview! The face to face didn’t take long at all with our group, no more than 15-20 minutes each, a recruiter will ask several questions which seem more like a conversation, very laid back and enjoyable. You are told to wait 14 days for a response, in which they will either invite you to training or tell you to reapply after 90 days and try again. I was emailed exactly nine days after my interview and will be going to training in two and a half weeks.
