I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in May 2018
Interview
The process was pretty easy. Applied online and sent an email with an invite to an open recruiting session. They begin with an overview of the company and what to expect if chosen for the position. Then they asked "What would make you a good flight attendant?" and you break for about 10 minutes. Then one by one you go up and answer the question in front of everyone. Everyone is nervous to be expected, but make sure you answer the question being ask. So many people talked about their current or former jobs, but not necessarily what they gained from those jobs that would make them good flight attendants. I feel like that really hurt some people that would be good flight attendants, but because they didn't explain why they thought they would be, they weren't chosen for the next step. After everyone spoke we then had a 45 minute break while they chose people for the next step. About 20 out of 75 of us were chosen. Then they called you in for one on one interviews. All of the recruiters were super nice and friendly. Typical interview flight attendant questions. Then they let you know to expect to hear something within the next 2 weeks.

Question 1
If a passenger was standing up reaching in to the overhead bin while the fasten seat belt sign was on, what would you do?
So far its been good. I havent had the group interview or one-on-one interview yet. The virtual interview and assessment were fine. I signed up for the presentation this week.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
