Interview
My interview process was so much fun. I got there around 4:45 and doors were to close at 6:00. Getting there early meant I got to go nearly first for my 60 sec, "why do you think you'd be a good fit for SKYWEST?" question. There were a lot of breaking inbetween things and after the 60 second question they told us to wait out in the lobby for 45 minutes while they discuessed who they wanted to come back for a one on one interview. Out of around 50 some people only 20 names were on the list. I was one of the names thank goodness. So I did my interview and it went great. I was at the Charlotte interview May 24th and it is now day 15 and still no email back yet but I am thinking it will be today sometime or atleast by Monday. So far its been good. I havent had the group interview or one-on-one interview yet. The virtual interview and assessment were fine. I signed up for the presentation this week.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
