Large group interviews were the initial set up, and then broken into small group interviews and then if selected an individual interview with 3-4 employees. There were over 100 people in the initial group interview setting.
So far its been good. I havent had the group interview or one-on-one interview yet. The virtual interview and assessment were fine. I signed up for the presentation this week.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
