I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines in Mar 2021
Interview
First was a rather intensive application in which you answer some questions based on previous job experience and examples. Then you got invited to do an online informational session due to COVID-19 and answered some pretty easy questions based on it. Finally you are invited to do a one-way video interview where you answer about 8 questions with unlimited time to prepare but only one take. Then they waste your time waiting a while before they send you a rejection email. Don't waste your time nor effort for this company.

Question 1
How would you respond to a customer refusing to wear a mask?
So far its been good. I havent had the group interview or one-on-one interview yet. The virtual interview and assessment were fine. I signed up for the presentation this week.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
