Interview
It was online I uploaded my resume and other documents. Then the sent me an email to follow up with a video interview. Given 2 tries and to answer the questions. It was easy to navigate and was painless. Then I received an email extending an offer to come out and train and see if I could pass the training over 32 days.

Question 1
They asked how I would handle a passenger that had his mask off during flight.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
