I did an assessment after applying, and then did a final interview over Video. I got my COJ and headed to SLC for 32 days of training. The video interview was a great option since Covid and I think it should stay apart if the interview process. I was still working at the Time so it would have been hard to go to a group interview.

I found It to be pretty easy just like a normal interview just more steps to take. Thinking critically is a must because they will ask questions about situations that you haven’t been in before. Remember it’s customer service.
