I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was fairly easily. I submitted an application and received an invitation for an On Demand Flight Attendant Information Session - which was also virtual; if I remember correctly, I just learned about the company, and I think I did a video or two . A few days later, I was invited to complete the final interview, which I had the option to choose "in-person" or "virtual". I chose virtual, but it was not in front of the employer. The interview questions were practical, and you had the opportunity to do one retake for each scenario for most of them. Overall, I would say be sincere and customer and safety oriented in your responses. I was extended a CJO a few days later, but declined due to personal reasons.

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
