Coming here is the first step and you have gained an advantage over half of the candidates in the room already. A lot of them were unaware of the 60 second speech. My advice is to practice something. You don't necessarily have to use the 60 seconds. Mine was about 20 seconds. Keep the speech pertinent to being a flight attendant, a lot of people rambled about unrelated life info.

60 second speech on why you would make a great flight attendant.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
