I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Denver, CO) in Sep 2015
Interview
Went to a open interview in Denver ,Colo where they gave everyone a chance to stand in front of everyone and tell in 60 seconds or less why they would be a good flight attendant , then took a 45 min break and posted names on the door who made it to the face to face interview . After that was more paperwork and an interview with 2 SkyWest recruiters. It was very easy , few questions and scenarios. At the end they said they would email us either way within 2 weeks. I heard back in 7 days !

Very easy and laid back and very friendly !

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
