Interview
I arrived at the interview location at 3:40pm. There was about 60 individuals more women than men waiting in the lobby area. The recruiter opened the door to the presentation room at 4:30pm. We were told to stand in line in the order we arrived. There was 3 recruiters and or right attendants that asked for our names to check if we had applications turned in and had taken the survey. We then was sit to the door to get measured to be sure if we were 5”-6” tall. After everyone had been checked in it was about 45 people left in the presentation room and the presentation began. In the presentation we were told a bit about the company and salary and how schedule times were selected. They then asked if we had any questions. After the presentation the F2F interviews began. I found it very odd that at the closing of my F2F interview the recruiter said, “If you don’t get in this time, you are welcome to reapply in 90 days.” I found it alarming and wanted to ask about it but I refrained from doing so because I actually wanted the job. I left that evening at about 8pm. Others were there for much longer.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
