Interview
I attended an open interview. It's very cut throat. They know exactly what they're looking for and they don't waste any time getting to the result.
The whole process is divided into 4 parts (but I'm not too sure because i didn't make it past the 1st round).
1. The hiring managers talk about the airline/introduce themselves. Also, Q&A.
2. After a short break, they call you back. Standing in front of a huge group, you have to present under 60 seconds, why you would make a good flight attendant. Good luck.
3. After 30 minutes or so, the managers decide who would attend the 2nd round of interviews. I want to say only about 1/3 or 1/4 of the group made it through.
4. It's probably another interview. (haven't made it this far to know.)
But good luck to everybody! Hope you make it if this is what you feel like you want to do. :)
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
