Amazing and very practical process for interview. Not following industries regulation. a stand alone company with brilliant people to screen you. Interview was awesome as they wanted to showyour skills through programming and practical approach rather than just asking stupid questions.

Applied online. Recruiter arranged phone interview with hiring manager, who was product-focused and not an engineer. Spent most of the call talking about their "culture," in which engineers - who build the product! - had the least amount of input and reported to the product staff. I told him directly I was not interested. Two days later they sent me an email saying *they* had decided "not to move forward." Very passive aggressive.
