I was ghosted by HR after a couple of interviews. We were having a fluent communication and I was feeling good about the process until one day I never heard back from them again. I sent them an email but got no response. I found out I didn't get the job by asking another employee out of HR. This is the second time this happens to me with Skydance. Very shameful and unprofessional for the HR team.
