I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skydio (San Mateo, CA) in May 2025
Interview
Initial interview with HR went really well. I then had an interview with the CSM manager who was very approachable and I connected with very well. Then I met with VP and she was direct and asked many questions. I felt she was fair as well. Was then scheduled for a presentation and separate interviews with five different members of the team. I felt it went well but apparently they did not feel the same. Took about three weeks, start to finish with no offer. VPs seem to be the blockers.

Question 1
They look for a STAR presentation. I have done CSM work for years so this was easy. But the directions are vague so they leave you open to take any direction you want.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skydio (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and first spoke with her. Afterwards, I spoke with the manager and the head of the department. Interviews were unstructured but informative. Following the last interview I received an auto reject email and I was left wondering why when it seemed the interviewers were very interested. I understand that personalized feedback is not possible with many candidates but after three interviews I would have definitely appreciated a more personal touch and a little feedback. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm these days.
