Phone screen to determine compatibility. The interviewer was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, He described the position and responsibilities. I was able to answer some questions, but it became apparent to me that the job was not in my area of expertise and I did not feel that it was a good fit. After about 30 min of discussion, I explained my concerns and the interviewer acknowledged them. He indicated that there might be other openings that were more in line with my experience and capabilities, so we said our goodbyes.
