The process for Slack began with an initial resume screening, followed by an online assessment wherein I was required to answer 2 coding problems within a set amount of time, and finally a primarily behavioral final interview.

Interview
The process started with an online assessment on Hackerrank, followed by a 45 minute competency-based interview. Super smooth process and helpful recruiters. The engineer who conducted competency-based interview was very engaging and helpful (didn't really feel like an interview).

Describe a time when you took on a leadership/mentor role, and what was its outcome?
The interview process involved an online test (with standard coding questions) and then a behavioral portion (with standard "tell me about a time..." questions). There are other rounds after that, but I did not pass the behavioral part.
