Interview
I received an email from a recruiter a week after applying on line, and she set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. I never spoke with the recruiter directly, which was a little off putting, but fast growing start up, assume they don't have time. Personally I think that phone interviews are more difficult, you can't see people's facial expressions. The hiring manager I spoke with was nice, pretty to the point, but that didn't bother me.
