The interview experience was great from start to finish - efficient, well-organized, personable, timely. First step was an initial phone screen that was positive, informational and encouraging, discussing my qualifications and interests in Slalom. Next was a one-on-one meeting with the Practice Area Director at the Slalom office - professional and conversational, reviewing my experiences and qualifications, as well as how the practice area was organized. Final step was a half day of 1:1 meetings with other leaders and consultants, including the GM, to discuss my experiences in more detail, what I might bring to Slalom and how I was hoping to grow while here. At all points along the way, the process felt like more of an interesting and engaging conversation than an interview - very focused on making sure it was a good fit in both directions.
