      Agile Project Manager Interview

      Jun 14, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Boston, MA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Jun 2019

      Interview

A recruiter reached out to me on linkedin, she was very patient as I didn't reply for a few months (I don't normally respond to recruiters messages as I get a lot.) We spoke on the phone and she was more informed than I expect from a recruiter- she knew a lot about the agile space and could answer my questions well. She then set me up for a call with the leader of the agile group. They brought me in person and I met with the person who leads the practice and 2 others. She called me the next week and said they weren't going to move forward, but provided helpful feedback and walked through the reasoning which I appreciated as I took time to go in and she was the one to reach out in the first place. My only criticism is that she wasn't very flexible with what days I could come in person to interview- only provided options for Fridays so it took longer than it needed to for me to come in.
