The interview process was great. I met with 5 different consultants within the Organizational Effectiveness practice throughout the day, starting with senior level consultants all the way up to the Practice Area Director. I greatly enjoyed the process and felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
