I interviewed in the Portland office for a consultant position within data and analytics. Ultimately, I received an offer and accepted. Next, I had an interview with a consultant that focused on my work style. The third interview was technical in nature, focusing on my skills and problem solving abilities. The final step was a case study that took about 4 hours. It presented a business problem and gave you about an hour to present your solution. I found it challenging within the time frame, but everything needed to complete the case was provided. It took about two weeks after my final interview to get an offer, but the team stayed in touch to let me know progress was being made. I countered and they came back with a slightly higher offer. I was happy to accept and felt the compensation matched my skills.
