The interview process was thoughtful and thorough. I had the chance to speak with a couple recruiters, who then referred me over to a practice lead specific to an industry that I have spent my career thus far in. After those phone interviews, I was given the opportunity to meet with about 4-5 team members (consultants all the way up through practice area leads/directors). From there, I then met with the Managing Director and eventually the General Manager. The process was based off of cultural alignment, experience, career interest, and behavioral-based questions.
