Interview
The interview process consisted of three parts. The first was an initial phone screen to speak about my interests and goals for the future. Then, there was a meet up over coffee to talk about what I''m currently working on and why I'm considering a switch to Slalom and what they have to offer. Finally, there were two interviews at the Scottsdale office itself with both behavioral and technical questions
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
