Previous experience was really long - 5-6 interviews before an offer (3+ months). A few years later, and they still haven't seem to get things right. The recruiter takes weeks to get back to you and never responds to your follow up or thank you emails. Even after I provided feedback about my previous experience, they didn't adjust their strategy with me so it shows they aren't really listening. It's been 3+ months since initially contacting the recruiter and I've barely moved past the 1st round. Lack of communication is disrespectful, especially at this level.
