Interview
A screener with a member of the Talent Acquisitions team, which was awesome and responsive throughout the process, followed by multiple rounds of behavioral interviews. There are not a lot of surprises in the process (the recruiters are great about keeping you informed and explaining what is next/ where in the process you are) and the interaction was positive and warm.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
