Interview
My experience included a three step interview process with the opportunity to meet with representation from a variety of roles, including the General Manager. Candidate has the opportunity to use the interview time to get a sense of Consultant peers, leadership, and general culture. Due to competing priorities with my employer at the time, I chose to spread out my interviews over a period of 3 months. Slalom was understand and accommodating to a schedule that worked for me.

Question 1
Questions relied heavily on candidate being able to speak to past experience, leadership on past client engagements, etc.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
