After an initial screening call that was fairly conversational in tone, I interviewed with two team members. Their questions were considerably more basic than I had expected and prepared for. Nonetheless, I felt the interview went well on the whole, and there was discussion of potential start dates and salary range at the end. Surprisingly, after the interview I was completely ghosted despite sending a couple of follow-up emails, and never heard back from them again.
