Recruiter phone call for 30 min explaining about job/asking if I was interested. 2 days later had a call with Team Lead and Manager (30 min) Week later had 4 hour zoom call with 3 different groups. (1 hour lunch break) 3 days later received a call from recruiter saying they’d like to give an offer and asked what my salary requirements were. 4 days later received verbal and written offer of everything. Have to complete a background check that, like a previous review said, is over the top. They want to know everything you’ve done and lived at for the past 7 years. If you don’t write it down they’ll contact you. They know about stuff that I’ve completely forgot I had even done. It takes forever and even after a week I haven’t heard back from the background check.
