The whole hiring process starts with aptitude test it was a pen and paper test which includes more then 30 question. And they also had negative marking system. After clearing 1 st round interview was about to start as second phase so they gave us around 30 mins for lunch and also time for checking the papers finally result was out many were shortlisted and Aldo few said the result as biased anyways then further we moved to interview few basic and technical questions were asked some were even irrelevant after interviewing can dates they declared result at 11 pm and the process started at 10 am so it was clear that their process were really slow. Due to large time loss few potential candidates didn't participated or performed well. Few friends of mine even said recruiter asked her to sing a song. Overall decent interview it was.
