After a few phone screens, I was told that I would was an excellent candidate and would be brought in for an in person interview. After not hearing back after that I sent a few emails to follow up. Never heard back, posting was removed. Ultimately it just made me want to work there to ensure they have a better follow up process in place, in the current economy and low unemployment rate, ghosting good candidates shouldn’t be part of a talent acquisition strategy.
