I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Smart Energy Water (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Recruiters were very helpful in giving information about job and what to expect in interview. However, when I was going to interview at the irvine location it was a completely different experience. The interviewers which were employees were extremely rude. I had not one but two people on their phone while interviewing me. There was an arrogant attitude when asking about my education and past employers. I hope the recruiters read this because I was well qualified but there is something wrong in this sales and marketing team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smart Energy Water (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, Deepak, who found my resume on Monster. I then received a phone call for a quick 15 minute interview from another office (Nicolas) who then set up an in person interview with me. Both Deepak and Nicolas were unbelievably nice and gave me a really positive perception of the brand. But once I arrived to the Irvine I office my experience was completely disappointing. Angelina walked into the door with a staunch on her face ready to kill. Cut me off while I was speaking and talks really fast. If Angelina does allow you to talk, she just glares. Not someone anyone would want to deal with on a daily basis. Their marketing dept. was developed in February and there still are only 2 marketing people in the Irvine office. Also, she's changing the job description so expect the unexpected - focused on event planning. Absolutely the most disrespectful person I've ever met.
