The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and urged me to consider interviewing. I agreed and spoke with her for 20 mins and she said I’m through to the next round which would be with 2 managers for 45 min. I had 3 interviews (one was shadowing) and it was a pretty easy interview. It’s been 4 weeks and they have not had the decency to even communicate if I didn’t get through. I even emailed the recruiter Ana about it and no response. The candidAtes time is as important as your own employees. We have to take time off our own work to do this. Very disrespectful and would never consider this company again
