Smart Software Solutions interview questions

I sent my resume to them online. They say on their website that all is required is a BS degree in Computer Science. Received phone call after a couple weeks of applying. They asked some awkward behavior questions and then three technical questions. I didn't think I passed their technical questions, but got a call from them 2 weeks after the phone call interview saying they were interested in offering me the job.

3 technical questions that ramp up in difficulty. Hardest one was about recursive binary tree traversal. Friendly and positive interviewer. Gave feedback while i was working through the problems he presented. Interview conducted online through screensharing webapp. High expectations and little room for error considering the lower than average salary offered.
