The company contacted me fairly quickly about the position after I applied through LinkedIn. During the first interview with the director, he was very thorough in the questions they asked me, how they explained the company and its culture, and what they expected. I was immediately intrigued and drawn in by how how friendly and professional they were. At the end of the first interview they expressed extreme interest in me and immediately said they wanted me back for a second interview. The second interview was very relaxed and seemed to me more about the type of culture the company was and if I would fit in. Within the next 2 days I was offered the position. Its been one of the easiest and most professional processes in my entire career when looking for a job.
