Was interviewed by the Store Manager followed by the District manager. The interviews lasted approx 30 minutes and included questions about my background (professional and educational) followed by general questions about my thoughts on leadership, communication and teamwork. At the close of the interview and was asked to tell them why I was the best candidate.
