The interview process was very unprofessional and overall a poor experience. I was asked to complete a case study then had to follow up multiple times with the recruiter to confirm they received it. I finally received confirmation to then find out another week later I wasn't chosen for the next round. I was told all candidates who were completing a case study would move to the next round. Seems very disorganized overall.

The interview process was thorough & efficient. The recruiter did a great job of staying in touch with me and kept me updated throughout the process. I met with my (soon to be) Manager, team members and also VP's/Director's of the departments I would be supporting. Everyone I met with was very genuine, positive & seemed to really like working for Smartasset, that was a definite plus for me.
The interview was conversational. I met with 3-4 people in the office. Each interview lasted 30-40 minutes. The recruiter was supposed to get back but I didn't receive any follow up.
