Interview
One interview with Sales Director and HR, followed up by another with direct line manager. Both interviews had a very basic structure: two Smartfocus guys and myself, just talking opening and answering very basic questions about me and my experience.
Very standard interview and predictable questions. No presentation needed, spoke on the phone various times and both interviews happened within a few weeks of one another.
