Initial phone interview with hiring manager followed by 1 hour video phone screen. The HR scheduled a video phone interview and the interviewer didn't show up. When mailed HR about the same, no response either. I wasn't very serious about this job anyway, so not very bummed :) but still hopefully this feedback is useful for anyone considering this company. The lack of ethics and basic manners from HR no less, is a pretty big red flag - if their 2.5 company rating isn't already one.
