Interview
I applied online, was contacted quickly and set up an informal phone interview for a few days later. The interviewer gave a good background of the company, explained about the position then asked about my background. We ended up agreeing that the position didn't really suit me but it sounds like an interesting company.

Interview
I applied online and the process took 3 weeks. First phone interview with two employees then onsite. The interviews were friendly but had to wait for the people in Silicon Valley to come back to Tucson to do the in person part. I like that they're trying to make Tucson a startup hub.
