I had interviews with three different persons, two initial interviews with department managers (VPs) to discuss the available positions as well as answer questions about myself and my experience. It was more of friendly discussion rather than a bunch of preset questions and I enjoyed it. The final interview was with one of their senior engineers and revolved more around my technical experience. It was not the typical Google interview type of algorithm questions, but more about real experiences that are actually relevant to the position for which I appreciated. Once again, it was more of an enthusiastic conversation between equals rather than detailed programming questions. I also got plenty of opportunity to ask about the company any the culture as well.
