SmartZip Analytics Account Manager interview questions

I heard about the company and position from a friend who was recently hired. She referred me to HR. I had my initial phone interview and then set up an in-person for a week later. I received an offer the day after my in-person. The HR Specialist is probably one of the nicest people I've met. Really made me feel comfortable and stayed in constant contact with me. The people I interviewed with in-person were all very nice too. It was not a typical 'group' interview where there are 4 people staring at you asking you questions. They came in one at a time to interview me, which I liked. It took a little bit of the pressure off. My interview lasted about a half hour. I liked the way the office felt when I walked in. I could see myself working there. Everyone was in flip flops, maxi skirts and khaki's. Very relaxed environment.
