SmartZip Analytics interview questions

Standard interview process. Was contacted by HR for initial phone call interview. This is basically is screening process regarding experience. Very transparent about salary (below average for Bay Area), left the ball in my court as to whether or not to proceed to in person interview since salary was substantially less than what I earned at my previous job. We set up the in person interview the following week. I interviewed with 5 different people (4 managers and the director of the client relations). I was very impressed with each manager, they were very informative and passionate about their jobs. They asked mostly standard questions, but were very engaged and answered all my questions very throughly. The Director kept it informal as well but asked some great questions about some of my achievements from my resume, it felt more like a positive conversation/working session that an interview.
