Phone screen with someone who did not speak enough English to clearly communicate the coding question. I didn't learn that it was a technical interview until 45 minutes before it started.

Interview
Very drawn out with limited to no communication. At the end of a phone interview I was asked to complete a homework assignment, I had to follow up to actually be sent it. I then completed it and didn't hear back for 8 days - not even a thanks for submitting. They finally emailed to ask a question about it which I promptly answered and then a few days later was told they wouldn't continue with my application (I didn't apply they approached me) with no feedback about the assignment given at all. An absolute waste of time.
