Was sourced out thru a recruiter and scheduled for a skype interview by the HR in Venezuela HR was late for more than an hour without even notification, had to wait for her to log in, sent a message of delay Had a hard time understanding the English of the HR Was scheduled for interview with the local President and VP Service Operation President cancelled the interview when I was already in the office after waiting for 1 hour, local Office Manager who attended to me was clueless of the recruitment Was offer thru emailed copy of the offer letter and negotiated the whole process was 2 weeks, they eventually offer Bonus of 40% of annual pay instead of a car allowance which since variable and sales forecast was not sure did not get 40% by the 1st year of work with the company
