Smartmatic interview questions

Three interviews in my first visit; HR (company mission/vision, a office tour), a fellow in the position (a personal interview) and my prospective supervisor (a technical interview). They emailed me a business case that I need to analyze and provide recommendations in 72 hours. My report was good enough to be interviewed again, this time to deliver a presentation about it for a technical and administrative audience, and via videoconference for another one (questions & answers at the end). After it, a more formal HR interview.

Headhunter call me to have this interview. First step is to talk with local manger. He asks some easy question. Why you wanna leave previous job. Why you wanna join us. Then introduce smartmatic itself. Second step is interview with HW manufactory manager. He has no back ground for software. Ask really easy question
