I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smashburger (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2016
Interview
I reviewed an open GM position online. Once I had filled out an online "application," I was than contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter and I had about a half-hour conversation/interview. The next step involved a formal sit-down interview with one of the Area Managers. This interview lasted an hour and covered my work experiences/goals as well as what SmashBurger is looking for in a GM. I was then scehduled a phone interview with the Area Vice-President. After the interview with the AVP, I was then extended an offer the same day.
