      Project Manager Interview

      Sep 11, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smashing Ideas (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015

      Interview

I initially had a 40-minute phone interview. A week later, I went to the office for a face-to-face interview. The recruiter showed me the entire office including the kitchen for some reason. I was supposed to hear back from them after the interview. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so I emailed the recruiter asking about the status of the job application. I didn't receive any reply. I checked the company web site to see if the job was still available. It stated "Hiring for this position has been put on hold at this time." The recruiter didn't bother even taking 30 seconds to inform me about it.
