The interview process was easy and comfortable with SDC. I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend, rather than being interviewed for a job. Everything was explained well and I was assured of any and all questions I had.

Interview
Straight forward interview process. One of the things to work there is you need to buy a blazer that they sell for part of your uniform. They make it easy by having it in 4 payments which they can take from your pay cheque
Interview process was very easy asked pretty standard interview questions. After first call with recruiter I had a phone interview with a shop manager lasted maybe 15 minutes then I received an offer the next day.
The initial telephone interview was really informative and comfortable. I learned about the role, the team and what to expect as a Smile Guide. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted.
