This was by far the strangest interview process I've ever taken part in. Extremely disorganized and ultimately lead to me voluntarily withdrawing from the process. I was traveling from another state for the interview and after aligning on a tentative date that worked for both me and the SDC team, they never confirmed my flights until the night before the interview. That level of disorganization was extremely concerning and it continued once I was on sight. I was interviewed by 5 or 6 people at 30 mins each, almost none of whom knew what they were interviewing me for. I spent the majority of each interview talking them through my resume which left no time for questions. The final interview was with the CMO who promptly notified me I'd spent the entire day interviewing for the wrong role and suggested I speak with someone else about a different position that, to be honest, appeared he made up on the spot because the original hiring manager for the role I was interviewing for appeared very confused. Add to that some of the horror stories I've heard from acquaintances who work there, I decided it was best to withdraw from the process.
